Ingo Kropp

Physiotherapist, FDM-IC therapist
Licensed alternative practitioner (physiotherapy)

I am a state-certified physiotherapist and a licensed alternative practitioner for the field of physiotherapy. I trained in 1998 at the university hospital in Freiburg im Breisgau. In the first years of my career I worked intensively with neurological patients, among others at the Schwarzwaldklinik neurology unit in Bad Krozingen and later as lead physiotherapist at an outpatient rehabilitation centre in Santander, Spain. From 2006 to 2012 I ran my own practice on Tenerife. Because of my background in neurology it has always mattered to me to bring a holistic, analytical approach into the treatment of orthopaedic and pain patients.

I have lived and worked in Bremen since 2012. It was here that I came across the Fascial Distortion Model (FDM). The concept convinces through its results, which always follow what the patient expresses, and it confirms the experience I had gathered until then. After passing the examination as an FDM therapist I was able to deepen that knowledge as an assistant in courses and share it with colleagues. In May 2016 I passed the examination as an FDM-IC therapist (“International Certificate”).

„The focus of treatment is not the illness but the patient!“
